Maintenance Technician:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
- Work directly with Maintenance Technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot and correct or optimize problems.
- May assist the training of Maintenance Technicians per plant requirements.
- Suggest improvements to process methods to improve Safety, Quality and Cost.
- Design, coordinate and procure process equipment and tooling for maintenance replacements and new product projects per plant requirements.
- Participated in execution of Machine PM to support overall process reliability per plant requirements.
- Considered an operational, maintenance technician, and or engineering expert in the plant process and will generally coordinate with the plant leadership to deliver continuous improvement of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost in the plant.
- Have a thorough understanding of the tooling, machining, electronic drafting and / or modeling as necessary to complete the assignments of the job per plant requirements.

Education/Experience:
- High School or GED preferred.
- Fully trained Maintenance Technician with leadership skills, normally after ten (2) plus years of maintenance experience.
- Demonstrated good communication skills.
- Valid Drivers Licensed may be required, based on plant requirements.

- Ability to be sensitive to others needs and feelings and being understanding and helpful on the job.

- Ability and knowledge in Microsoft office applications per plant requirements.
