Are you ready to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently? As a maintenance mechanic, your hands-on expertise is the backbone of our success. We need someone who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our essential machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity. If you're driven by the challenge of solving mechanical puzzles and keeping the gears turning, we want you on our team!

salary: $21 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 3 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Experienced in Automated Machinery and specialized knowledge in robotics, PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), and CNC (Computer Numerical Control) systems.

Attend all training sessions and safety meetings.

Proactively detect, diagnose, and repair potential issues using PM and inspection tools.

Troubleshoot operational problems and work with engineers as directed.

Keep the shop area clean and compliant with all safety programs.

Install new equipment including running new electrical wire and piping as directed.

Maintain and follow preventative maintenance programs with accurate record keeping.

Complete work orders for equipment issues.

Maintain mechanical equipment to remain operational including chemical transfer pumps, vacuum pumps, valves, conveyors, hydraulic units, burners, mobile equipment, etc.

Ensure all environmental and safety procedures are followed and report all unsafe or non-compliant activities.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• standing for 8 hours at one time
