Customer Relations Rep

Baierl Honda is looking for a Customer Relations Representative who thrives on providing an excellent customer experience . Do problem-solving skills come naturally to you? Are you confident enough to resolve customer complaints ? Our target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquires and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Maintain positive , empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

• Communicating with customers through various channels.

• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

• Answering/ Routing calls

• Creating Appointments​

• Scanning Repair Orders

  Requirements :

• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations .

• Comfortable using computers.

• Excellent verbal, phone, written and email communication skills.

• Experience working with customer support.

• At least 18 years of age.

• Valid license in state of residence.
