Starting Pay: $18.00 per Hour
Day Shift Schedule: Monday, starting at 2:30 AM, Tuesday - Friday, starting at 3:30 AM
Weekends and OT as needed

Watco moves any commodity, and at this site, we handle primarily Liquid High Fructose Corn Syrup and it derivative blends.

Position Description
Must maintain regular, dependable attendance and a high level of performance. FOOD GRADE FACILITY, UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF THE FDA
Follow written and verbal directions to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
Read, write, and communicate in English & understand basic math.
Learn from directions, observations and mistakes and apply procedures using good judgment.
Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, climb and lift up to 50 pounds alone.
Operate in a manner where SAFETY and ENVIRONMENT are of the highest importance.
Ability to climb and work atop railcars and trailers.
Mandatory overtime. Flexibility required; ability to work days, nights, and weekends.
Must be able to work outside, the majority of the time, and withstand extreme weather conditions.
Mechanical aptitude beneficial.
Perform all work in compliance with Company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Must be able to work with a team, take direction and follow work rules, as well as take on additional job responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Additional duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
Sanitizing trailers utilizing on site wash system
Loading liquid trailers
Maintaining railcar/trailer documentation
Placing plates on railcars to access product
Heating railcars utilizing steam
Cleaning/housekeeping
Must be able to adhere to policies/procedures (food grade facility)
Driving yard tractor to move trailers (will provide training, no CDL required)
Operate forklift
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license preferred
Machines, Tools, Special Equipment, Personal Protective Equipment Used
Be able to operate wire cutters to cut zip ties/seals.
PPE; Gloves, steel toed/waterproof boots.
