Job Details:

• Position: General Harvest Laborer

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 7/8 PM, expect 10 - 12-hour shifts, Saturday work is likely and Sunday hours are from 1 PM - 6 PM, hours may change based on harvest needs

Responsibilities:

• Grain Handling: Dumping trucks, sweeping, scooping, and managing grain (corn, etc.)
• Loading and Unloading: Unload trucks, trains, and load trains with efficiency and care
• Maintenance: Perform general maintenance and cleanup around the grain elevator
• Physical Work: Engage in heavy lifting and outdoor labor in all weather conditions

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
