I. Job Summary

Under general supervision, performs inspection of finished product for adherence to material grade specifications. Communicates assessment results, with documentation and/or tagging of materials.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

  • Inspect and remove materials not in compliance with product specs for assurance of the final product standards. Tag or document inspection results and communicate issues to leads or supervisors for product that doesn’t meet grade specifications.

  • Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures to include but not limited to Bale Dressing Policy, Hazardous Energy Control Procedures, Lock Out/Tag Out.

  • Assist with resolution of production interruptions.

  • Performs project related work and other tasks as assigned.

  • Education: None required,

  • Experience: Minimum of zero (0) to six (6) months of previous experience.

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

  • None required.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

  • None required.
