• Technical apprenticeship

• Minimum 3 years practical experience in plastic processing industry

• Experience with extrusion lines

• Knowledge in manufacturing processes of automotive blow molding parts

• Knowledge in functions and methods of operating production machines

• Knowledge about produced articles and products

• Knowledge about used raw material

• Knowledge about used source of energy (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)

• Knowledge about control plan

• Experience in handling measuring equipment (sliding caliper, etc.)

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Operation of blow molding production, deflashing of blow mold parts, loading of cooling station, rework and packaging

• Changeover of molds, die-tools, materials, etc.

• Fulfilment of quality requirements according to control plan

• Optimization of machines

• Technical support of operators to solve problems

• Fulfilment of cleanliness and tidiness at the workstation

• Fulfilment of EHS guidelines and procedures

• Other duties as assigned
