As part of our Worldwide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group, you will manage data initiatives that enable the business to drive sales, improve the customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. These data initiatives are typically related to new technical capabilities or transformation of business processes that support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market. As a WW Sales BPR Program Manager focused on Data, you will implement key initiatives that support a broad, cohesive sales solution strategy.
Description
- Collaborate with partners to define a data quality strategy including data quality standards, governance policies, and key performance indicators to measure success - Manage the deployment processes of data and associated quality solutions, identify bottlenecks, and optimize processes for efficiency across distributed teams, systems and data. - Partner with technical partners and internal resources to build and maintain sustainable data pipelines and data quality solutions needed to for functional and reporting business use-cases (operational and analytical). - Partner with Data Governance to implement governance policies and contribute to data hygiene by promoting data quality awareness. - Identify efficiencies to automate data processing tasks, developing and deploying data pipelines using tools like ETL/ELT platforms, and managing data workflows.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years or proven experience in product, program, project management delivering data solutions, processes and managing data products for large scale complex business process/technology transformation initiatives
Experience implementing and managing key data ops processes including data orchestration, data governance, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), and data monitoring and observability.
Deep knowledge of version control implementation approaches such as GitHub
Solid grasp of information security, compliance and regulatory landscape and experience working with data initiatives in a highly regulated environment.
Advanced understanding of the technical architecture of data pipelines, warehousing, and data management systems, and knowledge of data pipeline design and data transformation standard methodologies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Scrum Master Certification
PMP Certification
Masters Degree a plus
