As the Strategic Alliances Partner Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the partner strategy with a focus on enabling go-to-market success of the Strategic Alliances program. In this role, you will be responsible for aligning the primary initiatives of the Strategic Alliance program with partners who can best drive market awareness and growth in the authentication space. You will define go to market strategies, mutual plans of execution, and measure the success of partnerships. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep authentication and identity industry knowledge, a strong network, and a proven track record in building successful programs enabling partner driven growth with Strategic Alliances.

As our Strategic Alliances Partner Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:

  • Business Strategy Integration: Serve as a bridge between business strategy and alliance partnerships, ensuring that partnership initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and objectives. Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on market trends and partner feedback. Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand our market reach and drive revenue growth with Strategic Alliances.

  • Sales Development Plans: Create comprehensive sales development plans in collaboration with partners to drive joint pipeline growth. Use sales development plans to define partner objectives and measure success of the partnership.

  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement channel-specific sales and marketing programs, campaigns, and collateral to support partner engagement and enablement.

  • Pipeline Management: Drive partner engagement and performance through proactive pipeline management, deal registration, and joint sales planning, monitoring key metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners, serving as the primary point of contact and providing ongoing support, training, and resources to ensure mutual success.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic partner plans and initiatives to achieve revenue targets, including market segmentation, partner profiling, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies. Develop budgets to align with financial budget cycles.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the IAM space, leveraging market intelligence to inform partner strategy and positioning.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative and communicative environment internally and within the partner ecosystem, facilitating regular partner meetings, training sessions, and QBRs to drive alignment, engagement, and accountability.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally at all levels of the organization.

  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes and delivering exceptional partner experiences.

    Your Experience and Education include:

  • BS/BA or equivalent industry experience

  • 5+ years global sales experience in the Financial Service or Enterprise area and/or experience in the Authentication market or HID products is a plus

  • 5+ years of selling ally and delivery champions management with Strategic Alliances

  • A proven track record of quota/goal achievement and demonstrated career stability

  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.

  • Fluent in CRM tools such as Salesforce.com

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance analytics tools.

    Compensation for this role is up to $200,000 OTE ($120,000 base + $80,000 commission) dependent on qualifications.
