Summary of Role:

Develops, implements and maintains the financial plans and policies of the organization.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develops, implements and maintains the financial plans and policies of the organization. Assesses the financial impact of key business decisions, including operating expense planning, capital allocation, cost/pricing initiatives, and others for both the mid- and long-range planning horizons. Monitors financial performance through analyzing and reporting variances to forecasts. Establishes fiscal controls, prepares financial reports, maintains strong relationships with product management and site finance teams. Performs a variety of financial planning & analysis activities. Conducts significant ad-hoc analysis to ensure the best corporate decisions are made to achieve operational and financial objectives. Increases organizational productivity by working with internal partners to develop repeatable business processes. Provides leadership, direction and strategy development and makes final administrative or operational decisions. Responsible for developing and driving implementation of plans in support of strategic direction. Supervises between 1 and 5 direct reports at Senior Analyst/ Principal Analyst level. Around 10 % domestic or international travel required based on project requirements.

Other Responsibilities:

· Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.

Required Qualifications:

· Education – Master’s degree or a foreign equivalent in Business Administration or related field.

· Experience – 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered, Business Analyst or related role. 2 years of experience must include: 1. Defining, orchestrating and executing transformation initiatives across various workstreams (e.g. revenue generation, cost reduction, capacity optimization); 2. Establishing processes and methodologies for managing project portfolios; 3. program management functions, reporting, progress controlling and support definition of mitigating actions; 4. Driving business-planning activities (short-term and long-term planning) including strategy and objectives, annual budget development, and corporate performance measures; 5. Reviewing and assessing business risks; 6. Lead negotiations with prospective partners, developing and evaluating asset monetization/ exit strategies; 7. Working with cross-organization management teams to define business processes; 8. Collaborating with cross-

functional internal and external teams to structure deals, and prepare and close all required documentation. Around 10% domestic or international travel required based on project requirements.

Salary range: $175,885 – $220,000

Salary range: $175,885 – $220,000
