Job Description:
Our customers look to DXC for solutions to solve their most critical business problems including virtualization migration, cloud modernization, ServiceNow and SAP. To meet our customers’ needs we’re looking for ambitious individuals looking to level up their technical sales career. As a specialized seller you will develop an active pipeline; manage varied sales cycle demands; and educate customers by developing and maintaining expert level knowledge of products, pricing, and market differentiators.
Essential Job Functions:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing various sales cycle demands effectively.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.
• Analyze market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring departmental alignment and synergy.
• Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process.
• Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years working with virtualization migration, cloud modernization, ServiceNow or SAP
• Proven interest in sales and sales enablement
• Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plus
• Preference for candidates in New York, Dallas, Detroit and Toronto
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $91,400 - $169,700.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
