Gather and document requirements for new ServiceNow features or improvements.Monitor and support ongoing ServiceNow/ITSM projects.Provide training and customer support/outreach to the user community.Facilitate and participate in ITSM operational processes (Knowledge, Change, etc.).Create, update, and maintain process documentation and knowledge content.Provide Tier 3 customer support and troubleshooting.Perform other related functions as assigned.
