Job Title: Service Delivery Executive

Location: Texas, Virtual

Job Summary:

As a Service Delivery Executive, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the delivery of multiple services programs within a matrix organization. Your role will focus on ensuring seamless service delivery across different service lines: professional services, transaction services, customer services and field services - that do not directly report to you. You will be responsible for maintaining high-level conversations with C-suite clients, presenting SLAs, improvement plans, and strategically navigating to expand our NCR Voyix portfolio and wallet share with each enterprise or mid-market restaurant customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery and Program Management:

  • Oversee and coordinate the various service delivery teams within the matrix organization. Ensure that all teams are aligned with the company’s objectives and deliver services efficiently to meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Manage a team of Project Managers, ensure successful delivery of a portfolio of projects across multiple customers.

  • Provide mentorship to the Project Managers to improve their skills and career prospects.

  • Responsible for managing programs and qualifying pursuit and close of complex solutions.

  • Tracking key delivery milestones

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across different service lines. Influence and motivate teams that do not directly report to you, ensuring accountability and optimal performance.

  • Partner with Regional Sales Teams to conduct quarterly planning sessions and plan so for success.

  • C-Level Interaction:

  • Engage with client C-suite executives to review service delivery performance, present SLAs, and discuss continuous improvement plans. Ensure transparency and build trust with executive-level clients.

  • Build credibility, establishes rapport, and maintains communication with stakeholders at multiple levels, including those external to NCR Voyix, including customers, franchisees, third-party product and service providers, regulatory agencies, and others, as required by the program.

  • Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor and report on the performance of service delivery programs, using metrics and KPIs to assess efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Identify areas for improvement and lead strategic initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Portfolio Expansion:

  • Proactively identify opportunities for expanding the company’s service offerings within existing client accounts. Strategically position additional services and solutions to increase wallet share and client dependency.

  • Risk Management:

  • Anticipate and mitigate risks that could impact service delivery. Ensure robust contingency plans are in place and that all teams are prepared to handle disruptions smoothly.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead the development and implementation of improvement plans to enhance service delivery processes, increase customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivery of large services programs, preferably within a matrix organization.

  • Strong leadership and influential skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams that do not directly report to you.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with both internal team members and external clients.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills to track and hold each responsible service delivery accountable for our customer delivery expectations and milestones.

  • Experience in engaging and negotiating with C-level executives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to oversee complex projects.

  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in service delivery.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 8 - 10 years in a service delivery role, with a focus on managing large, cross-functional teams and projects.
