Under general direction, perform Windows Desktop and Server computer systems installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and end-user support for softwares, servers, workstations, laptops, and virtual machines.Manage Windows Server backup services and CIFS/SMB storage solutions installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and escalation.Perform and maintain Windows backup and storage systems audits for compliance with established information assurance policies, retention policies, and configuration guidelines.Document and maintain processes, procedures and configurations for Windows, storage and backup solution configuration and change management.Maintain computer hardware/software inventories and documentation.Mentor junior administrators and helpdesk staff for Windows administration, troubleshooting, maintenance and best practices.Other related functions as assigned.
