Coordinate admissions of LL.M. applicants, answer all inquiries of LL.M. applicants, and overall manage the admissions process of LL.M. applicants. Manage admissions for incoming exchange students. Manage the operations of the LL.M. degree program and the program for incoming exchange students. Position works closely with and reports to the Assistant Dean of Graduate and International Programs and Assistant Director of Graduate and International Programs. Manage, coordinate, and support all operations of the LL.M. program related to students including admissions.Serve as primary contact person for the LL.M. program with Texas Global, the UT Graduate International Admissions Center, the Law School Admission Council, and the School of Law regarding all admissions procedures. Coordinate and support faculty committee on LL.M. program and Assistant Dean including track data, prepare reports, research other programs, answer questions from faculty, plan meetings, track policies, develops and maintains expenses and budget information, etc. Coordinate with other School of Law and university-wide departments as necessary.Develop and coordinate programming, including organizing workshops and conferences that further the goals of all three programs.Manage, update, and organize LLM, Exchange, ITL, and ITAM program websites and social media platforms.Travel to recruiting and professional development events: virtual, domestic, and international. Develop recruiting strategy for LL.M. students.Create and update marketing materials for distribution. Develop marketing strategy for LLM program.Process incoming visiting scholar applications and facilitate visiting scholar onboarding. Manage logistics for Institute for Transnational Law fellows.Support incoming exchange students academically and socially, including advising and event planning.Other related duties as assigned.
