Overview
As a Demand Generation Professional, you will lead the development and execution of our demand generation strategy for your assigned portfolio. Your expertise in marketing automation, lead generation and pipeline development, and events and digital marketing will be pivotal in creating and implementing successful campaigns that drive revenue growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for every stage of demand generation, from conceptualization and design to successful deployment and optimization. Here are the key responsibilities:
1. Demand Generation Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Identify target audiences and create buyer personas to tailor marketing efforts.
Set clear goals and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
Assure buy-in and budget support from senior leadership and other stakeholders such as sales leadership
2. Lead Generation:
Utilize various channels to generate high-quality leads, including:
Content marketing (blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks)
Email marketing campaigns
Social media marketing
Paid advertising (PPC, social media ads)
Webinars and in-person events
SEO and SEM
Track and analyze marketing programs efforts to optimize performance.
3. Lead Nurturing:
Develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns to engage and educate potential customers.
Segment leads based on their interests and behavior to deliver personalized messaging.
Use marketing automation tools to automate lead nurturing processes.
4. Sales Enablement:
Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and resources to close deals.
Develop sales collateral, such as sales decks and product sheets.
Train sales teams on effective sales techniques and messaging.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of demand generation efforts.
Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
Generate regular reports for management to communicate the impact of marketing activities.
6. Strategic Partnerships:
Work closely with sales, product marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing materials.
Assist with content development to target contacts and accounts throughout the customer lifecycle
Travel Requirements : 15-20% of the time.

Required Skills and Experience:
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Calibermind, Data Studio) and CRM software (Salesforce)
Excellent problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reasonably expected salary range: $138,500.00 - $184,700.00
