Under general direction, perform Linux computer systems installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and end-user support for softwares, servers, workstations, laptops, and virtual machines.Management of all backup services and storage solutions (SAN/NAS) installation, configuration, administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and escalation.Perform and maintain Linux, backup and storage systems audits for compliance with established information assurance policies and configuration guidelines.Document and maintain processes, procedures and configurations for Linux, storage and backup solution configuration and change management.Maintain computer hardware/software inventories and documentation.Other related functions as assigned.
