Add, edit, and retire equipment, assign preventive maintenance instructions and parent-child relationships in the FAMIS database. Perform field verification of building systems and install labeling as required. Driving University owned vehicles to job sites will be required for this and most other functions.Ensure integrity and consistency of equipment, PM data, and PM work orders in the FAMIS database. Routinely define, execute and analyze exception reports related to capital projects.Interface with OFPC and PMCS projects to understand scope of project, receive and verify deliverables data, ensure equipment information is accurately entered into FAMIS in a timely manner.Provide timely and courteous customer service, keep management and employees up-to-date on current policy, procedures, and program milestones.Serve as a technical resource in support of maintenance contracts development, scheduling, execution, and problem resolution. Perform secondary duties to maintain contract database as required.Serve as backup to Maintenance Improvement Initiative by prioritizing PM work orders, schedule PM work orders, coordinate PM instruction development with regard to zones, crafts, resources, and scheduling. Identify resources to support program. Develop, refine and maintain procedures for Facilities Maintenance business processes as they relate to maintenance activities.
