Job Description

An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Industry• Selects an Industry COP to participate in as a meeting attendee, based on current project assignment or career development.--- May switch communities as project assignment changes.• Contributes to industry asset creation and reuse at the direction of the Industry Knowledge Champion.• Grows industry knowledge by consuming industry COP enablement materials or completing independent industry research, may share learnings with community during industry meetings.• May play the role of Learning or Knowledge Champion.

Client Facing Delivery & Sales• Leads moderately complex application(s) or work stream(s) and collaborates with workstream lead and project teams to execute client implementations of Oracle products and technology in various industries.• Demonstrates understanding of Oracle's products, implementation methodology, functional business processes, and industry acumen to enhance candor with clients.• Leads Enterprise Design, Process Playback, and testing or validation activities throughout the project lifecycle. • Leads client meetings, effectively facilitates discussions, and drives decisions.• Identifies issues and risks impacting the project, proposes options for resolution, and escalates as appropriate.-- Completes assigned tasks during mobilize, design, and localize and validate TCM+ phases of projects.• Finalizes and archives all assigned deliverables and documents for Go-Live.Practice Development• Participates in an initiative or committee team and assists with developing content.• Collaborates with and coaches others to complete components of internal practice development initiatives to improve the operation of our business at least 1 time per year.• Collaborates with technical SMEs and other COP members to develop offerings and capabilities.People Development • · Coaches others to create medium to high complexity deliverables across all phases of the TCM+ project lifecycle.• · Formally and informally mentors peers and newer analysts/consultants.• Utilizes educational opportunities to enhance coaching and mentoring of others.Professional Development • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of application/product functionality and roadmap through quarterly updates and certifications.• Identifies as a product/process SME by continually growing product, functional, technical, and industry knowledge through training/certification.• Shadows more senior team members to learn how to manage and elevate client experience.• Actively solicits, receives, and implements constructive feedback from supervisors and peers.-- Participates in internal Oracle calls, webcasts, and events to better understand the strategic priorities of the company.

Responsibilities

Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $71,200 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
