Communicate project management strategy and draft initial write-ups and correspondence on office-wide initiatives, projects, and processes. Work closely with campus partners and within the Registrars Office keeping them informed of progress against the project plan. Prepare detailed reports on project progress to include barriers and solutions, milestones, timelines, and analyses.Effectively manage and assess Office of the Registrar projects as assigned by the Assistant Vice Provost and University Registrar. Responsible for all phases of program activities, including development, timelines, implementation, testing, and assessment of projects and programs. Work collaboratively with members of the Registrars Office leadership team, staff, and other campus partners on various aspects of the project planning continuum. Collaborate with Office of the Registrar team in identifying areas for process improvement that streamline and improves services provided by the Registrars Office. Recommend implementation of office policies and procedures that ensure compliance with applicable laws, University policies, rules, and regulations. Collect and analyze data elements related to services provided by the Office of the Registrar. Develop metrics and prepare reports of data collected. Serve as a liaison with the University Marketing and Communications team to manage and update the Office of the Registrar website. Create and develop Office of the Registrar communication calendars and timelines along with communication materials for various internal and external audiences, including briefs, talking points, training materials, FAQs, newsletters, annual reports, etc. Work collaboratively with members of the Office of the Registrar team and campus partners and provide sustained contributions to ongoing initiatives, as well as just-in-time assistance with seasonal, unexpected, and urgent projects. ?Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Vice Provost and University Registrar.
