As a Sales project manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Business Development Director while acting as a crucial link between our sales team, end-user customers, and various internal departments. Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS)

HID PAC’s Business Unit focuses on the growth of new clients and existing clients where we leverage the latest card and reader technologies to solve the security challenges of our clients. Other areas of focus will include authentication, card sub systems, card encoding, Biometrics, location services and all other aspects of a physical access control infrastructure.

As our Sales Coordinator , you’ll support HID’s success by:

  • Participating in calls with the Business Development Director, assisting in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items to ensure follow-through and accountability.

  • Supporting the Business Development Director in daily operational tasks, including processing sample orders and resolving discrepancies related to product configuration errors, as well as managing data entry and administration duties.

  • Assisting in preparing and maintaining accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation to monitor performance against targets and guide strategic decision-making.

  • Helping develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines and status updates.

  • Actively monitoring project progress, identifying potential roadblocks and recommending proactive solutions to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.

  • Promoting clear communication within project teams, ensuring all members know project requirements, deadlines, and any changes.

  • Enhancing collaboration with other departments, such as customer service, sales engineering, product management, and technical support, to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients. Developing a deep understanding of client needs and preferences to tailor solutions accordingly.

  • Client Retention: Working on strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships. Addressing client feedback and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Preparing regular reports on business development activities, including lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performance. Analyzing data to refine strategies for improved results.

  • Continuous Learning: Staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors. Continuously upgrading product knowledge and sales techniques to adapt to evolving business landscapes.

  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information. Ensuring proper documentation for tracking and analysis.

  • Working in tandem with the End – User Business Development Manager to drive sales to the Enterprise Vertical.

    Your Experience and Education include:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is often preferred.

  • Minimum 4+ years relevant work experience.

  • Preferred 2+ years’ experience in security industry.

  • Prior experience in a sales support, project coordination, or an administrative role is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with the industry or sector in which the company operates. Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and relevant business factors.

  • Proficient negotiation skills to close deals on favorable terms for both the client and the company.

  • Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Time management skills to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service excellence.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce CRM.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • A positive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn and grow within a sales-focused role.
