National Credit Center Regional Sales Manager - Auto Credit in Austin, Texas

OVERVIEW:

A Regional Sales Manager-Auto Credit are remotely charged with finding opportunities with franchise and independent automotive dealers within the designated region and selling the credit solution. Candidates should be able to open a sales pipeline with existing relationships and generate new relationships through business development acumen.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities through lead follow-up and personal outreach

  • Manage and deliver high levels of penetration in the region

  • Generate new leads by researching and understanding the market to engage key stakeholders

  • Manage customer relationships and close strategic opportunities

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies that support the team in meeting and exceeding company market share goals and KPIs

  • Deliver compelling sales discussions in a consultative approach to solve current and future problems with each dealer opportunity.

  • Be an expert in Auto Credit offering and communicating its value

  • Represent NCC/ProMax at industry conferences and networking events

    What You’ll Have:

  • Minimum of four (4) years of proven experience in B2B sales, including at least one (1) year in outside sales.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of automotive dealership experience, preferably in the F&I space.

  • A willingness to travel for in-person meetings, including cold-calling dealerships, on a regular cadence.

  • Proven record of sales success in a similar industry over extended periods

  • Experience using Salesforce.com preferred.

  • Self-motivated with high energy and a willingness to learn and adapt

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, and meticulous attention to detail

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within a defined region.
