MEALS ON WHEELS Project Coordinator in AUSTIN, Texas
Job Description
::: {reactid="20"} The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's technology initiatives. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Development:Develop and deliver comprehensive training to empower users to effectively utilize available technologies and Salesforce. Help process and onboard new employees.
- Change Management:Coordinate and implement changes in technology, Salesforce, and processes, minimizing disruption and maximizing adoption.
- Project Collaboration:Work closely with the Director of Strategy and Director of Information Technology on strategic initiatives, providing technical expertise and project management support. Collaborate with internal departments to create departmental processes.
- IT Help Desk Support:Provide first-line technical support to staff, troubleshooting issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Customer Service:Provide exceptional customer service to end-users, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Continuous Learning:Stay updated on the latest Salesforce and technology trends, actively seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.
- Manage Projects:Taking on multiple tasks and seeing them to completion.
- Multi-Tasking:Ability to shift from project to task to help with employees needs.
- Tech Tools:Being able to use and understand how Artificial Intelligence can help employees be more efficient at their job, as well as your own job.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong trouble-shooting ability
- Patience to teach
- Strong knowledge of Office 365, OneDrive and SharePoint
- Self-driven motivation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Employee service-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical or Associate Degree; or 5 years' experience in a technology or data role
- General knowledge of computer and network repair and security best practices
- Experience working in non-profits
