Robert Half Project Coordinator in Austin, Texas

Description We are offering an opportunity to join our team in Austin, Texas as an Administrative Coordinator. The role centers around coordinating real estate deals and managing a high volume of transactions. The individual will facilitate effective communication between various parties and ensure a seamless transaction process from contract to close. This role is offered on a short term contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination of real estate deals, working closely with agents to manage the details between clients, cooperating agents, lenders, closing companies, and other parties

• Manage a high volume of deals per month, ensuring quick response times and proactive follow-up

• Coordinate property access for inspectors, appraisers, and other vendors

• Handle all paperwork related to the transaction, draft addenda as needed, process disclosures, and ensure file completion

• Build relationships with multiple agents to understand their working styles and provide support

• Minimize clients' stress by expertly guiding them through the closing process and promptly responding to their questions

• Ensure all contractual deadlines are met, alert all parties when a deadline is at risk, and proactively mitigate that risk to facilitate an on-time closing

• Use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suites tools to manage data and perform tasks efficiently

• Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate proficiency in data entry and document compilation

• Maintain strong written communication skills and attention to detail. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word

• Demonstrable skills in Management System

• Strong capability in Correspondence and Customer Service

• Experience in Data Entry

• Proven ability to compile documents effectively

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment

• Proactive and self-motivated

• Sound judgement and decision-making skills

• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
