ManpowerGroup Production Engineering/Maintenance Manager in Austin, Texas
Our client in the automobile body parts manufacturing industry is seeking a Production Engineering/Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Production Engineering/Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Maintenance Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize workload, and a can-do attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Engineering/Maintenance Manager
Location: Kyle, TX
Pay Range: $35hrly
What's the Job?
Distribute production schedules and work orders to maintenance staff.
Troubleshoot systems, using programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, sensor, etc.
Design, configure, and work on the application of robotic systems and modifies computer-controlled robot movements.
Perform preventative or corrective maintenance on electromechanical equipment and robotic systems.
Manage inventories of spare part for equipment.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
At least 5+ years of manufacturing or processing experience required.
Experience in automobile body parts manufacturing industry preferred.
Bilingual in English and Korean and/or Spanish strongly preferred.
Strong math skills, with capability of understanding and conducting basic arithmetic and statistical operations.
