Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Product Manager to oversee the development, optimization, and scaling of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of e-commerce platforms, user experience (UX) design, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires a proactive individual who can lead cross-functional teams, drive product vision, and ensure seamless execution from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy & Vision:

   Align product goals with the company's overall objectives and market opportunities.

   Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer needs.

2. Product Development & Management:

Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including post-launch optimization.

Develop detailed product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps.

Collaborate with engineering, design and marketing to ensure successful product delivery.

3. Customer Focus & User Experience:

Advocate for the customer by ensuring the user experience is at the forefront of all product decisions.

Utilize customer feedback, analytics, and usability studies to inform product enhancements.

Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to validate product hypotheses and improvements.

4. Data-Driven Decision Making:

Analyze product performance metrics to guide strategy and prioritization.

Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate product performance and insights to stakeholders.

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.

5. Project Management & Execution:

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Utilize agile methodologies to manage product development processes.

Ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams involved in product development.

6. Stakeholder Management:

   Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries.

Present product updates, roadmaps, and results to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and customers.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on e-commerce or digital products.

Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, web technologies, and online retail trends.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and agile methodologies.

Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
