The Amazon Business Prime team is hiring a Product Manager to own and lead a new customer loyalty program. This is crucial role in a high-growth area which offers candidates the chance to build a strategic program for Amazon with visibility all the way up to the senior leadership. The role is global in scope, spanning 8 marketplaces and growing.

Key job responsibilities

Work backwards from the customer to create relevant offers which provide meaningful value.

Work closely with Amazon Business stakeholders including marketing, business and engineering teams to build and execute the offer roadmap.

Source new opportunities for the loyalty program. Work with category owners, vendor management teams and 1P/3P sellers to drive awareness and interest in the program.

Find and destroy bad CX. Collaborate with UX research, CS and BI to collect and analyze customer insights and improve the customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of product management experience

  • Experience developing operational processes and technologies

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on tight deadlines

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (macros, pivots, lookups) at an advanced level

  • Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level

  • Experience managing technical products or online services

  • 3+ years of product management experience
