In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
Define frameworks for technical platforms, system specifications, input/output, and working parameters for hardware and/or software compatibility.
Drive technological innovation by translating business strategies into groundbreaking solutions
Educate and inspire our Technology teams and business partners about emerging tech options that improve our payment workflows and gateways
Lead the development and implementation of payment technology standards and ensures governance across various retail platforms and systems that will shape our future
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a unified vision for organizational, process, and technology changes
Drive in-depth analysis, coordination, and negotiation with key decision makers.

Skills/Requirements:
Advanced understanding of, and advanced proficiency in the foundational architectural concepts (design, business technology strategy, quality management, human dynamics, and IT environment).
Advanced knowledge of coding fundamentals (Java, C#, .NET), technical, product and system architecture and agile software development practices
Provides systems, applications, network, process, and policy advice to Technical and non-technical Team Members including Sr Leadership.
Presents problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner.
Collaborates with and may lead functional or cross functional projects and distributed teams.
Guides and mentors others in resolving complex technical issues in specialized area based on existing solutions/procedures/systems.
Education & Experience:
BA/BS degree and 10+ years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
5+ years as a Technical Solution Architect or Technical Product Manager
3+ years experience developing retail technology solutions (checkout technologies preferred)
AWS certified Solution Architect or Cloud Practitioner and experiences using S3, EC2, Lambda, Dynamo, SQS, SNS, Redshift, Glue and other services
