Documentation:Plans, develops, and refines user manuals, job aids, video content, help text, and digital adoption platform walkthroughs to assist users during implementation and sustainment of research applications developed or managed by the Office of the Vice President for Research. Regularly updates and edits documentation as needed or in preparation for upgrades and uploads content to the web resource library. Recommends and implements improvements to material format and content to enhance consistency, clarity, engagement, accessibility, and sustainability.Training:Designs, coordinates, and conducts testing and training sessions for research community members, faculty, and staff across various University departments during implementation periods. Supports the ongoing training needs of central office users. Oversees related outreach activities, including project events. Engages users with different needs and learning styles in all the above.Support:Provides user support for research applications, primarily through help ticket requests. Assists with special projects as needed and performs additional duties as requested.Outreach:Coordinates outreach activities and creates supporting materials, such as promotional items. Develops and manages content for the project newsletter. Participates in professional development opportunities and campus community organizations.
