Job Description:

• The role will support the Gen Operations organization. This organization is responsible for managing the client Enterprise network and providing connectivity to all client locations and user.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and track the team OKRs, help with setting up the quarterly business reviews and All teams calls, manage the budget process and help manage and track all projects.

• Follow through on all business operations requests that come down from the business office.

• Track all deliverables for the team

• Help the team with budget forecast and OKR tracking

• Set up the quarterly business reviews.

Experience:

• Experience in tracking OKRs

• Experience with Resource management and budget forecast

• QBR prep

• Coordinating All Teams call with agenda.

Skills:

• Business operations

• Budget forecast

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
