Robert Half has a client in the Healthcare industry seeking a Network Administrator. The ideal candidate for this position would have experience in maintaining over 40+ site locations and over at least 5 years of hands-on experience. This will be a contract to full time opportunity that will onboard with a hybrid work model (3 days/week onsite).

Responsibilities:

• Manage layer 2/3 devices on the OSI.

• Configure and troubleshoot firewall issues (Cisco Firepower).

• Create and maintain operational and procedural documentation, and escalation processes to ensure adherence to Network SLAs.

• Deliver network infrastructure development/build activities (managed by Project Managers), including release and deployment management for new services.

  Requirements

• Considerable technical knowledge and experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco security platforms, including Cisco ASA, Sourcefire, and Firepower equipment, FMC, and ASDM.

• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Catalyst Switches and Cisco ISR routers.

• Strong knowledge of Cisco Nexus switching technologies such as VDC, VPC, and FEX, as well as core switching designs such as VLANs, RSTP, HSRP, LACP, and 802.1Q.

• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Cisco Meraki MX security appliances.

• Experience in managing and troubleshooting Azure Cloud Networking solutions.

• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting VPN/IPSEC networks, including Remote Access VPNs and Site-to-Site VPNs.

• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting networking technology, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, Proxy, RADIUS, and the OSI Model.

• Experience in configuring and troubleshooting networking protocols such as IPSEC, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, 802.11, and QoS.
