Develop, implement, promote and evaluate programs and museum experiences for PK-12 students and teachers in alignment with strategic planning.Supervise the Museum Educator for Docents/Families/Schools.Provide professional development opportunities for teachers that encourages them to use works of art in their teaching.Develop, write and produce interdisciplinary resources and lesson plans for teachers and students featuring works of art in the Blanton collections.Participate in docent training, helping prepare volunteers to provide developmentally appropriate gallery lessons for school visitors.Participate in other activities as a member of a dynamic, creative and generous team of museum educators.Participate as a visible and entrepreneurial Blanton representative in regional schools.Other duties as assigned.
