We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing collateral projects. In this role, you will work closely with marketing teams, designers, copywriters, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing materials. As part of an agency environment, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously and act as the primary point of contact, ensuring that all assets align with client goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of marketing collateral projects, from briefing to delivery, ensuring all deliverables are on time, on brand, and within scope.

• Collaborate with internal marketing teams, including designers, copywriters, and strategists, to align collateral with marketing campaigns and brand messaging.

• Coordinate with external vendors for print and digital materials, ensuring quality control and adherence to deadlines.

• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and tasks are completed efficiently.

• Act as the point of contact between the agency and clients, facilitating clear communication and updates on project status.

• Anticipate potential challenges and proactively address issues to keep projects on track and within budget.

• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, digital assets, and more.

• Monitor project performance, providing reports and insights to senior management and clients as needed.

• Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting notes, timelines, and feedback loops.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• MUST be located in Austin

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.

• Strong understanding of marketing collateral development, including print and digital production processes.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work under tight deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality control and ensuring that all materials meet brand guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an advertising or creative agency.

• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (not required but beneficial).

• Knowledge of print production, including vendor management and printing processes.

• PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
