The Role

As a Manager Solution Architecture, you will lead a regional pre-sales technical team to support sales acquisition and revenue retention for the Lumen Large Enterprise accounts as they acquire new customers and increase account penetration into the existing customer base. The team is dedicated to understanding our customers’ businesses and creating compelling technical solutions to address their challenges and ambitions. You will play an instrumental role in driving the company's growth and exceeding revenue targets.

Location

The professional in this position ideally resides in the eastern or central time zones. Your accessibility to major airports is beneficial. In this leadership role, candidates can expect to travel to attend industry events, meet with internal leaders and their team as well as Lumen customers.

  • Able to travel as needed

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or 5-years of equivalent industry experience.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$128,174.00 - $170,888.00 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY

$134,579.00 - $179,435.00 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$140,994.00 - $187,982.00 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
