We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated leader for our Americas Reseller Operations (RO) group. As a member of the Americas Reseller Operations (RO) group, you will join a highly influential group within Apple, challenged to scale at the pace of the company's overall growth. In this role, reporting to the Director of Americas Reseller Operations, you will lead operations strategy/execution for channel partners in emerging markets (Apple Latin America and Caribbean - ALAC). Overseeing a team responsible for increasing sales, decreasing costs, improving collaboration, delivering insights and ensuring NPI excellence. You will Recruit, Retain, Mentor and develop leaders as direct reports.

Description

Inspire a team of people leaders and account managers focused on: scaling operational support for emerging markets, and overseeing Collaboration, Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) with key channel partners • Present, defend, and influence business plans and channel insights to senior executive leadership both internal/external to Apple on a weekly basis • Influence and triangulate cross-functional alignment within a matrixed organization • Build highly effective partnerships with regional and global sales, finance and product planning teams to ensure operations plans meet sales requirements. Demonstrating unyielding ownership/accountability, and using these strengths to influence the direction of the business. • Identify and lead improvement opportunities inside Americas Operations and build the case for larger global projects. The candidate must also be capable of orchestrating the development and adoption of analytical models to evaluate complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive critical business decisions. • Drive innovation opportunities within our supply chain aimed towards achieving Apple's Sustainability and eco-friendly goals of Carbon Neutrality throughout our supply chain by 2030.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of proven supply chain experience in planning, demand fulfillment, inventory management, forecasting or sales operations

  • • 5+ years of people leadership

  • • Strong written communication and presentation skills. Must be able to influence across all levels of the organization including executive leadership

  • • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent attention to detail, and a high level of comfort in working with numbers

Key Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Spanish and Portuguese language proficiency

  • • Masters degree or equivalent in a Business (MBA), Supply Chain or Engineering Discipline

  • • Demonstrated leadership ability with at least five years of experience in a customer-facing setting.

  • • Proven leadership experience working optimally in a matrixed and global organization

  • • Prior experience in fields that demand complex quantitative analysis such as finance or consulting is desired.
