Collaborate with faculty, academic support staff, and instructional leaders to identify key questions and metrics that inform the design of data projects and services.Serve as a campus-wide subject matter expert on Canvas LMS data, providing actionable insights that support evidence-based decision-making.Extract, clean, and analyze learning data from the Canvas LMS and other sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for instructional improvement.Create and continuously improve impactful and accessible data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to communicate key findings to diverse stakeholders.Ensure data integrity through rigorous and ethical data governance practices, documentation, and quality assurance testing.Stay current with advances in learning analytics and identify opportunities to leverage new data sources, methods, and tools to support institutional goals.
