Chaparral Insulation is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insulation Laborers / Helpers. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to start a rewarding career in the insulation industry. No prior experience is necessary-just a willingness to learn and grow!

• Assist Insulation Mechanics in installing insulation on HVAC ducts, pipes, and equipment.

• Learn to work with plumbing systems and industrial piping.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Use tools and equipment under the guidance of experienced professionals.

• Participate in on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge of the insulation trade.

• Must have reliable transportation

• Ability to listen and learn and take direction, ability to work off ladders of all sizes and in tight spaces, ability to carry materials to and from workplaces.
