Serve as the first point of contact and expert for both internal and external partners regarding industry engagement opportunities within the college. Build in-depth knowledge of student support and recruiting programs, as well as capstones and experiential learning at Cockrell. Develop and maintain marketing materials for each identified program or effort that details engagement opportunities for industry sponsors.Actively work to identify, cultivate, and solicit new partnerships in support of Cockrell School priorities while maintaining and increasing engagements with current and legacy partners.Design custom strategies for industry partners to align company priorities with the Cockrell School of Engineering's unique programmatic and curricular offerings.Support the backend and administrative processes for partners investing in undergraduate experiences, programs and engagements.Establish relationships with faculty and administrative staff in the Cockrell School and UT at large in order to facilitate relationships and serve as a point of coordination and connection with partner companies.Collaborate with career services and student life offices to increase student experiential learning opportunities with industry, such as internships, capstones, and student organization engagements.Communicate college priorities and student feedback to corporate partners and campus stakeholders to develop improved opportunities for Cockrell students.Identify and develop process improvements to enhance and streamline internal procedures. Produce reports and data for partners and internal stakeholders to measure and improve upon programmatic success rates.Manage partnerships with industry engagements investing in multiple programmatic areas across the Cockrell School, including investments in recruiting programs, student organization sponsorships, and corporate scholarship programs.Manage the full-cycle with those partners including introduction, discovery, cultivation and execution/stewardship, and renewal or increased engagement year-over-year.Plan and execute programming and activities that support partner goals and are aligned with strategic initiatives, including management of on-campus and on-site visits.Elevate and steward existing corporate relationships by identifying or creating programming and events that lend themselves to increasing corporate engagement and support.Serve as an ambassador for these college programs both internally and externally at meetings, conferences, and other events.Identify and communicate funding opportunities within these programs ideally suited for industry partners that align with the mission and vision of the Cockrell School of Engineering.Work closely with internal partners including career services, accounting, student life, departmental teams, and colleagues across campus. Establish regular communication mechanisms between these units to ensure optimal business operations. Facilitate the development and submission of funding proposals >$100k that include managed programs cited above.Support industry events and activities for the team as needed.
