Insight Global Fire Alarm Technician in Austin, Texas

Job Description

An employer in the Austin area is looking for a license fire alarm technician. This individual will be joining a team of 2. This individual will be expected to have or obtain a Texas fire alarm license. Their key responsibilities will include: trouble shooting Fire Alarm's, pulling wire, programming panels, and inspecting that code and requirements are met.

This position will compensate from $20-24.50/hr depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements

Fire Alarm programming experience

  * Pulled wire

  * Addressable non addressable systems

  * Pannel experience -- simplex, Lenel

  * Low voltage experience

  * Previous experience inspecting and understanding code

Fire Alarm License - Any state as long as it can transfer * NICET level certifications (III or IV)

High voltage experience null
