Maintain logistical and scheduling details for a large-and-small scale events, receptions, activities, projects, and services that strategically promote Engineering Student Services (ESS); including day-of execution.Effectively communicates and works within a team and individually; serve as the primary liaison for ESS with external vendors, community leaders, and event stakeholders.Ensure strict adherence to University compliance regulations, policies, and procedures concerning procurement, contracts, travel arrangements, space reservations, and accountability protocols. Work with Business Affairs Office to executive payments to vendors and contracts.Work in collaboration with event owners to lead, adhere to timelines, and ensure all events are executed efficiently.Mange budgets for events.Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing proactively to the overall success of ESS and its objectives.
