ManpowerGroup Customer Services - Customer Service Representative in Austin, Texas
Our client, a leader in healthcare services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Services department supporting Medicaid providers and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Services - Customer Service Representative
Location: Austin, TX (In-office)
Pay Range: $20.00 per hour
What's the Job?
Provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid providers and clients regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program inquiries.
Respond to phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner.
Document all encounters in clear and concise online logs.
Assist with problem resolution as needed and transfer callers to other Call Center units when necessary.
Meet individual performance standards and maintain strict attendance and performance metrics.
What's Needed?
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly.
Ability to work any 8-hour shift from 7 am to 7 pm.
Commitment to maintaining performance standards during the first 90 days.
Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel is a plus.
