JAE CONSTRUCTION LLC has 20 (twenty) temporary full- time Job openings for the position as construction labors, start date 04/01/2025ending on 11/30/2025. Duties physical labor, operate hand and power tools, clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces and assist other craft workers, no minimum education, 6 months' experience required, Workdays Monday-Friday 7am-4pm., /40 hr. per week, no over time, Wage: $ 19.67 p/hr. (a single workweek will be used as its standard for computing wages due which will be paid every two weeks). Employer will only make all deductions required by law from the w workers' paycheck.

The employer will reimburse to any potential worker for transportation and subsistence (including meals and to the extent necessary, lodging) from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer, whether in the U.S. or abroad, to the place of employment if the worker completes50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order. The amount for daily subsistence will be $ 15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $ 59.00per day with receipts.

The Employer's HR Department will assist the workers with transportation or any other travel issue, employer will provide them with cash advances(Western Union or any other cash transfer method) to cover their transportation and subsistence expenses at a minimum the most economical and reasonable common carrier cost of the transportation and subsistence to the worker before the worker's departure, or at the time of arrival the employer will reimburse (cash pay) the worker for the reasonable costs incurred by the worker. The employer will not request repayment of any a cash advance or reimbursement for transportation and subsistence if worker completes 50 percent of the period of employment covered by the job order.

The employer may arrange and pay for the transportation and subsistence directly, advance at a minimum the most economical and reasonable common carrier cost of the transportation and subsistence to the worker before the worker's departure, or pay the worker for the reasonable costs incurred by the worker.

The employer may arrange and pay for return transportation if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer.: The employer will pay at the time of departure for the worker's cost of return transportation and daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer.

Employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2Bworker (but not include passport expenses or other charges primarily for the benefit t of the worker).

The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
