• Computational Fluid Dynamics Analyst Mechanical Engineering leads and delivers the development of innovative and compliant mechanical design solutions, as well as cross-functional interfaces for AI, Cloud, High Performance Computing (HPC), Edge computing devices and enterprise networking, server and storage products. What you’ll achieve As a Computational Fluid Dynamics Analyst, you will be a vital member of our cross-functional engineering team and will be instrumental in delivering advanced liquid cooling solutions for AI, HPC, and enterprise server markets. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize modelling tools to simulate the thermal and flow behavior of liquid cooling components. You will:

• Work with key stakeholders to align on modeling requirements, performance metrics and boundary conditions

• Build, mesh, solve, post process, and analyze results

• Run parametric studies to optimize the performance

• 12+ years industry experience or equivalent skill; must include 5+ years’ experience modelling liquid cooling or equivalent skill

• Experience in CFD modeling liquid cooling for electronics including fluid flow and heat transfer analysis

• Expertise in using Star CCM+, Fluent, Icepak or Flotherm

• Strong CAD experience with CREO Desirable Requirements

• MS Mechanical Engineering

• Experience with liquid cooling in servers, knowledge of cooling requirements for GPU’s and CPU’s and/or experience setting up HPC clusters Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
