The CSCP Organization is responsible for traditional supply chain functions such as Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, but also manages supportability (spares), decommissioning and disposition of Data center assets worldwide.

The Cloud Manufacturing Operations and Fulfillment (CMOF) team within CSCP features a world class Logistics team on a mission to create the most sustainable, efficient, and innovative cloud logistics network on the planet. We are seeking a Cloud Logistics Business Operations PM to join our team. The candidate is responsible for managing the day-to-day business needs for the Cloud Logistics Team. This candidate will be responsible for supporting the GM of Logistics with valuable e2e business analytics, creative Supply Chain solutioning, driving innovation of Logistics topics and managing daily adhoc needs across an international Logistics team. This role requires a strong understanding of Supply Chain, Innovation and standard business needs in Logistics.

Responsibilities

The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement as well as creating and managing standard rhythm of business topics.  

*Roles and responsibilities: *

  • Drive Business Plan & rhythm of business for Logistics (KPIs)

  • Drive change management processes

  • Own creation of executive management presentations & deliverables

  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify new Optimization opportunities Analyze and monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and risks.

  • Educate stakeholders and functional teams about Logistic topics Cross-functionally engage to enable logistics delivery on all standard rhythm of business topics

  • Handle ad-hoc requests at large

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, or related field AND 8+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations-related roles, or engineering

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years of experience in hyperscale logistics

Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on business management

  • Excellent presentation development & communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement within the logistics supply chain.

  • Experience managing standard rhythm of business topics (KPI management, monthly & quarterly business reviews)

  • Advanced degree in business/MBA Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and network modeling tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language. Strong Executive level presentation skills (creating and communicating key messaging)

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively within multiples levels of an organization Excellent team and project management skills, including project structuring.

  • Self-starter with excellent business acumen and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities Strong business acumen and technical knowledge across multiple business units Adept working with ambiguity and at using data to influence decision making Professional certifications in logistics, project management, and supply chain management (e.g., APICS, PMP, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.

Fulfillment & Logistics IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.
