DXC Technology Client Partner Apprentice - NY, Dallas, Detroit,Toronto in Austin, Texas

Job Description:

We’re launching an apprenticeship program for ambitious individuals looking to level up their career. Client Partners create and manage long-term relationships with customers and build trusted advisor relationships with our clients. As a Client Partner Apprentice you will be partnered with an experienced client partner and provided with learning opportunities to translate your technical, sales and consulting skills and experience into shaping solutions to solve our customers' most critical business problems. We’re looking for candidates in New York, Dallas, Detroit and Toronto.

Essential Job Functions:

Under the guidance of an experienced client partner, apprentices will:

• Assist in the development and execution of account strategies to address client needs and drive growth.

• Contribute to identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing high-quality customer service.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support account-related initiatives and project delivery.

• Participate in preparing client reports and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.

• Support and learn from the experienced account management professionals in the team.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a technical, sales or consulting role

• Developing leadership and strategic planning skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to staying updated with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as Certified Account Manager (CAM) or Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) are a plus

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $73,100 - $135,700.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
