Job Description
Purpose
Serve as the primary contact for the sales team and external customers, fielding their phone and email inquiries within SLAs to address the following activities.
Responsibilities
General rep inquires – document support, pricing, resources, advise on best practices
Be an advisor on basic product knowledge (portfolio, labeling, competitors, applications)
Own the relationship between sales and all internal departments to coordinate activities (compliance, marketing, AR)
Serve as an expert and advisor on our programs and tools (EDI, Allergan Direct, Alle, Move Medical, PSP, Consignment etc.)
Having a working knowledge of our Allergan loyalty programs (Alle, APP, START, Rising Star etc.)
Process evaluation, exchanges, bulk buys, personal inventory, and advanced order requests
Process debits / credits and PO updates and retro credits
Process transfers / restocks of MSL inventory
Advise on return policies and exceptions. Research serial #s to verify sales history and point of origin. Address AR blocks
Tracking follow up, order status and provide return labels. Swap out expiring field inventory. Perform product searches to source inventory in the field for emergent case needs.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Communicates clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish (bilingual preferred). Exercise’s judgment and acts independently within appropriate limits of authority.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Saleforce.com. Account management or order management experience preferred
At least three (3) years’ experience in a client-facing role with a similar function (account management, customer success, business development). Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university preferred or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Successful experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, CRM/ERP systems, and end to end Customer Operations Process.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
