Responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of food and with ordering food supplies and planning menus.Supervise the arrangement of foods on the cafeteria counter and serving of students and faculty to ensure proper attention and correct portions.Assist with ordering food supplies utilizing the availability of local, seasonal foods, and checking deliveries.Assist in food production, recipe development, and menu planning when required. Inspect food for flavor, seasoning and temperature.Inspect work area for cleanliness and proper sanitation practices.
