Do you want to be a key partner in scaling the adoption and production of Channel Partners and Channel ISVs on AWS Marketplace? As the AMER AWSMP Consulting Program Delivery Manager, you will manage the day-to-day and strategic relationships with channel-focused ISVs, establishing AWSMP as a vital partner for their business growth. You will drive the development of repeatable mechanisms to identify and onboard high-potential channel partners, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact.

Key job responsibilities

Manage all inbound requests related to ISV channel support and serve as the single point of contact

Create and maintain a mapping mechanism between ISV partner ecosystems and AWSMP offerings

Host training and onboarding sessions with key ISV stakeholders and their Channel Partners

Develop shared goals and strategies with ISVs to optimize channel management on AWSMP

Collaborate with AWS sellers, APN partners, and internal teams to identify new co-sell opportunities

Utilize CRM systems and analytics tools to establish and report detailed performance metrics

Produce update and strategy documents to inform key stakeholders of progress and influence future business decisions

Collaborate with key internal stakeholders (e.g. inside sales, marketing, solution architects) to identify and curate self-service resources for partners

Develop and maintain relationships with AWS sellers and APN partners

Utilize CRM systems and other analytics tools to establish and report detailed metrics

A day in the life

As the AMER AWSMP Consulting Program Delivery Manager, you will be the single point of contact for channel-focused ISVs, managing all inbound requests and creating a seamless mapping between their partner ecosystems and AWSMP. You will host training and onboarding sessions with key ISV stakeholders and their Channel Partners, developing shared goals and strategies to optimize channel management on AWSMP. Working closely with AWS sellers, APN partners, and internal teams, you will identify new co-sell opportunities, grow existing ISV relationships, and produce detailed progress reports to influence future business decisions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $73,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $177,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
