The Cigna Group Agile Product Management Senior Advisor – Evernorth Health Service - Hybrid in Austin, Texas
The Agile Product Management Senior Advisor will facilitate the delivery of technology solutions for a defined group of capabilities or products. We are seeking a highly-motivated individual to join the Contact Center Technology within Product and Planning team supporting the Customer Engagement Systems Domain. This role will be focused on portfolio planning, relationship management, prioritization, dependency management, and delivery coordination.
The Contact Center Technology team is the primary partner of our Enterprise Operations business, servicing our stakeholders via agent-guided and self-service communication channels. The Customer Engagement Systems (CES) domain is responsible for the strategy, delivery, implementation, and production of our IVR systems, Conversational AI, and outbound communications for the Evernorth lines of business.
Responsibilities:
Acts as a change agent to drive transformation and continuous improvement.
Partners with deliver managers, coaches, and Engineering leadership to employ a metrics-based approach to identify opportunities and optimize team performance. Identifies and assists delivery teams with the implementation of strategies to achieve performance goals.
Serve as the primary Technology interface to key business areas; builds and maintains relationships to establish a trusted partnership.
Build, own and manage a technical product roadmap from features to prioritize capabilities and opportunities.
Collaborates with business product owners and stakeholders to initiate new business initiatives, supports the development of business program specifications and business case, works with Technology teams to estimate financial requirements.
Collaborates across functional, operational and technology groups to ensure the right people are engaged and assists with key stakeholder negotiations.
Serves as an escalation point to mitigate issues, remove impediments and resolve issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years work experience in Technology and/or Healthcare Business
Agile Methodology and reporting tool expertise (Jira, Jira Align, Pathfinder, etc.) preferred
A high degree of comfort in a fast-paced dynamic/ambiguous environment
Proven skill at balancing technical knowledge with business possibility and acumen
Strong presentation and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with Infrastructure, Software Engineering Compliance, and Cigna Information Protection and Business Product teams
Passionate member advocate with the ability to identify and meet customer needs within the agile framework
Consistently demonstrates key competencies: Manages ambiguity, collaborates, builds networks, optimizes work processes, and resiliency.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
