Job Summary:

Our client is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Manager to join their team. This person will play a crucial role in supporting Project and Investment Managers, coordinating various aspects of acquisitions and development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide centralized support to Project and Investment Managers, ensuring all aspects of acquisitions and development projects run smoothly.

• Assist with monthly and quarterly close procedures, making sure deadlines are met.

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and maintain real estate services documentation.

• Conduct property research (e.g., title policies, tax records) and handle data review.

• Manage contract administration, set up standardized files, and coordinate funding requests.

• Maintain lot detail information and support lot and sale closings.

• Participate in property tax management and handle HOA documents and operations.

• Ensure accurate invoice coding and assist with budget updates.

• Uphold professional, ethical business practices to support the company’s mission.

  Requirements

Experience & Skills Required:

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with a strong emphasis on accounts payable.

• Excel Guru (pivot tables, vlookups, formulas, calculation)

• Basic accounting skills and familiarity with month-end/quarter-end procedures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow instructions and stay organized.

• Flexibility to work overtime when needed and maintain reliable attendance.
